I was extremely pleased at the ease of renewing my passport was with UK ABROAD. It went smoothly with no problems. I wish to update my star rating to 5 stars. I unfortunately pressed the wrong button. My experience with UK ABROAD was extremely easy with help throughout the whole transaction. In a year when pleasant surprised are too rare, I had the good fortune to come across UK Abroad when all my attempts to get any reaction out of the British embassy in Tokyo on passport renewal had failed.
